Why me

An operator, not a tech vendor.

For two years I ran the operation of a telecom cooperative: 15 people, crews on the road, quotes, payroll, taxes, credit lines. I was the number that rang at 4 a.m. when something went wrong.

Before that I trained in multimedia design and philosophy. Design taught me to build things people understand and use. Philosophy, to find the real problem before spending a cent on the wrong one. The operation taught me where a service business hurts.

Today I bring the three together: I look at your operation as someone who has run one, I find where your money and time leak, and I design the system that fixes it. Digital employees are the tool. What I do is think about your business.
